All of our diamonds and stones are acquired from legitimate sources which have no involvement in funding conflicts. We are a signatory of the Kimberley Process certification scheme which requires guarantees of diamond origin through the supply chain (www.worlddiamondcouncil.com).

Yes. If you would like to design your own ring, or modify any of the models we have, first drop us an email telling us your idea. Once we have looked at the possibilities, and come to an agreed-upon vision, we will then draw up a proposal and estimated cost. The design process is broken down into three phases and you will be charged a non-refundable fee with each stage of work. Custom designs can take anywhere from eight weeks to six months, depending on the request. Please contact us for more details at info@arahjames.com

As all of our rings are handmade specially for you, please allow 1-3 weeks for production time. This may vary depending on the complexity of the design. Some rings and wedding bands can be rushed, if you have a hard deadline, please send an inquiry to info@arahjames.com to see if we can meet it.

We realize that you love your engagement ring and never want to take it off.  However, your ring is made using precious metals and gems and should be treated with care. This means that it is best not to wear your ring while bathing, gardening, engaging in sports, going to the gym or any other activity that could potentially be abrasive to your engagement ring.

All of our items are shipped by Royal Mail or FedEx. We send every item insured, tracked, and every order will require a signature upon delivery Delivery times will vary from country to country, please see our shipping information here.

The customs office of the destination country may impose customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges to your international order where applicable. These additional charges required for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. When your order arrives at customs either our shipper, or the customs office will contact you directly to arrange for the payment of any charges that may be due. Yes we do accept smaller payments until fully paid – you can pay any amount, whenever you like.

How it works:
1) Start with sending us your email address and indicate that you want to pay instalments.
2) Let us know how much you want to pay.
3) We will send you a PayPal invoice that you can use to make the payment.
4) Contact us every time you are ready with the new amount you want to pay.
