Pricing

All prices are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT. Any personalisation or engraving will be charged in addition, such additional charges are clearly displayed at the basket page where applicable. Prices of products may change from time to time and any sales or offers may be withdrawn without prior warning. If there is a price change or withdrawn offer after you have placed your order we will contact you as soon as possible to either reconfirm or cancel your order.

Payment

We accept most major credit/debit cards and PayPal when you buy online and we promise to take good care to keep your payment details and orders safe and secure. All goods remain the property of the company until paid for in full. We reserve the right to refuse any transaction at our discretion. Payment for all items is required prior to dispatch. All orders must be paid for either by our finance offer, credit card, PayPal or debit card via our secure server. Please note that we are unable to accept payment by cheque, postal order, email, bank transfer, or cash on delivery.

Insurance

Arah James insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point the responsibility of your purchased goods passes to you.
