Production Time
At Arah James, all our products are made-to-order just for you! Therefore we require around 3-4 weeks production time and will notify you once your ring is ready to ship. The delivery information once we ship is as follows:
For UK Deliveries
We use Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class and Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed services to deliver your jewellery. Upon dispatch we will email you with information on how to track your order, which will require a signature on receipt. You should expect your ring to arrive in 1-3 working days.
For International Deliveries
All products are shipped by Royal Mail or FedEx, insured, with signature required upon delivery. International shipping times are as follows:
Europe: 1-3 working days
US & Canada: 3-5 working days
Elsewhere: 5-7 working days
With regards to taxes, the customs office of the destination country may impose customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges to your international order where applicable. These additional charges required for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. When your order arrives at customs either our shipper, or the customs office will contact you directly to arrange for the payment of any charges that may be due. Other Delivery Information
All our shipping is FREE! We do not charge you a penny! Furthermore your ring will arrive securely packaged, in a beautiful presentation box ready for giving.
Returns
As our rings are custom made-to-order we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds if you have a change of mind. If there is a manufacturing error on our part we will of course work happily work with you to resolve the issue. Please contact us at info@arahjames.com if you have any issues after receiving your ring and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Resizing
If you need to get your ring resized please contact us at info@arahjames.com with your order number and desired ring size and we will get back to you. Generally, we can resize a whole size up or down without issues but if the size is way out there is a risk of damaging the integrity of the ring and in some cases we would have to remake the band at a cost to the customer.
*NOTE: we are unable to resize titanium and zirconium bands so please size correctly before purchase! With any error, there would have to be a remake at a cost to the customer*
